Fees and Insurance
I am currently a participating provider of Blue Shield of California, Aetna, as well as accepting clients from Victims of Crime and private pay. However, if your current insurance plan has mental health coverage I will be happy to provide you with proof of service (receipt). You may be eligible to submit this receipt to your provider for a "partial" reimbursement for services provided by an "out of network provider." (Please check with your provider, prior to your first appointment, regarding reimbursement rates).
The following are my fees:
$110 per hour for Individual Therapy (50 minute session)
$135 per hour for Family or Couples Therapy (60 minute session)
The initial session/intake appointment will typically run between 60-90 minutes.
At this time fees may be paid by check, cash, Blue Shield of California, Aetna and Victims of Crime Reimbursement.
Please Note: If you have been a victim of a crime you may be able to receive services from me "regardless" of your insurance carrier. Please call for
details.
